The sun was setting at southern tip of Florida. People were crowding Mallory Park at Key West. It was the best spot to watch the best sunset. I understand the enthusiasm. I have watched the rising and setting of the sun in Santorini, Greece. It was spectacular.
Night life at Key West was waking up immediately after the sunset. People started cruising around and searching for the best spot for revelry. Two ladies were scooting around the streets. They were having so much fun. They waved at me to take their photograph when they saw me standing by a lamppost.
This was the scene of a guitar man standing on a street corner. His guitars were hanging on his shoulders. His roller bag was probably holding all the rest of his gadgets. He was looking like he was heading for his gig.
Key lime pie was definitely popular at Key West. It was a must that we got a taste of it. We didn’t have to go far searching for it. The nearest shop was just around the corner. Empty tables and chairs were literally beckoning us to go inside for some pie. We found the taste unique. It was sour and sweet at the same time, had a soft filling with a crunchy crust, and had to be rolled in the mouth to savor all of its flavor. We spent quite some time in the shop.
