Carbide Willson Ruins

Carbide Willson Ruins was a sad story at the end of our trail. We finally reached the ruins after a two-kilometer hike. The trail was nice, the walk was refreshing, and the scenery was picture-perfect.

The ruins, well, was in ruins. It was just remnants of the foundation of a once big structure. We read about its history and its original owner. It should have been a happy story were it not cut short by his death.

Anyway, we explored what was left of the ruins and its surrounding area. There were a few other hikers who went farther down the trail. We were not ready to explore the more rugged part of the trail. We opted instead to appreciate the falls nearby and headed back to parking lot.
