We have stepped into airport portals more frequently than we have counted. The motions have become a blur that it almost feels automated. Yet, we look forward to each motion knowing that it will lead us to where we want to go.
One of the things we look for when we travel is art and architecture. Art especially. Imagine to our surprise when we started noticing the artistic mosaic tile work on the floor of the airport. We saw one or two and started noticing that there were a series of them.
The photograph above of the artistic mosaic tile work was titled, “Celebration” by Béatrice Lebreton.

Art and architecture is something we enjoy seeing while travelling too. I’m a bit embarrassed to admit that I don’t really focus too much on airports though! There’s usually so much prep, packing and cleaning before taking off on a trip that by the time we land somewhere, even if it’s a short flight, I’m already exhausted!
