Melbourne and Sydney were our third international travel. It was then that we were starting to realize our need to seriously plan for our international travels. It was upon invitation from my sister, who lives in Melbourne, to visit the country “down under”. Our visit to Melbourne and Sydney, Australia involved a lot of walking, sightseeing, and fun!
There was no formal weblog yet back then about gsilvosatrekpix. I took a lot of photographs in Melbourne and Sydney but I was still in my earliest learning curve with using my DSLR. Listed below are the posts that we had created for our travels to Melbourne and Sydney.
- First Visit to Melbourne
- Hyde Park: A Serene Escape in the Heart of the City
- Sydney Opera House and Harbor Bridge
- Sydney Central Station
- The Three sisters of the Blue Mountains
- Yarra River: First Time Strolling and Sightseeing
- Batman Park: A tranquil Oasis by the Yarra River
- Travel Stories and Photography: Healesvilles Sanctuary
We hope you will enjoy reading through our travel stories and viewing our photographs. Thank you for being part of this blog.

We just came back from a trip to New Zealand and have been talking a lot about visiting Australia now. It’s a long flight. And all our little one wants to do is move around now. So we probably won’t be making the trip anytime soon. But hopefully someday!
That’s wonderful that you made a trip to New Zealand! Same here. I want to go back to Australia to explore some more. I’m thinking more of the Gold Coast. I heard good things about it. New Zealand is also in the list since we really did not explore it.
