An old photograph of the Dallas skyline. It was back in time when we wanted to capture for ourselves the images that we saw in magazines.
It was by the banks of the Trinity River where our photographic gears were positioned. We prepared our gears but not for the storm that came rolling in with lightning and thunder. It was both fascinating and frightening! We took photographs long enough to capture the scene of lightning dancing around the skyline.

What a fantastic picture! Love the bolt of lightning in the sky, along with the different colours of the buildings and their reflection in the water. Magnificent.
Thank you L! One of my best photographs! I was after the light reflections but thunder and lightning started to show up. I decided to gamble with one long exposure and this was what I got. I felt so lucky!
