We have seen this photograph plastered all over social media. The latest one was on Instagram. There was very little information except for the myriad of photographs.
Coming across this scene was the fun part. It was, “oh! I’ve seen this fountain on social media!”
There was a tunnel view as we were approaching the arched gateway. Beyond, the fountain came into view with its characteristic zellige tilework. It didn’t look like the polished zellige tilework that we saw in the tourist areas. It was the regularly-used kind of look.

Nice capture. Funny that you stumbled upon this fountain that you saw on social media. And it looks like it wasn’t rammed with other tourists.
There were a lot of tourists walking around. The shot was taken with good timing when nobody was walking through the arched gate.
