It was surprising how a simple barn structure became an icon after it was photographed. What made it special? Was it because it represented a symbol that was iconic during its time? Was it because of the photographer?
No matter the reason, we were there to see it for ourselves. Along with several other people. Each one armed with a camera (mostly phone camera) to take a photograph of the iconic structure.

The barn looked ordinary but the background was spectacular! I think if you photograph it at sunrise or sunset on a cloudy day then you get a splash of spectacular colors too!
