Roosevelt Arch

The Roosevelt Arch is the gate at the north entrance of Yellowstone National Park. This was constructed in 1903 to create a lasting impression to the north entrance.

The north gate was at the town of Gardiner, Montana.

We explored the town of Gardiner, Montana at the north gate. It had all the amenities as the west gate but not as busy. It turned out to be a very relaxing experience to walk around town. Our breakfast in one of the cafes was a welcome break from all the walking until it was time to go.

Random photographs of our past travels. Memories found and captured in a photograph.
