We were captivated by the breathtaking view of the top of Mount Rainier. Its snow-capped peak was gleaming majestically against the blue morning sky.
We were on board a ferry that took us from Seattle’s port to Bainbridge Island. At Bainbridge Island, we were planning to experience its charm and search for one of the trolls that Thomas Dambo created. The ferry was gliding smoothly through the shimmering waters of Elliott Bay. Seagulls soared gracefully alongside the ferry. The birds were adding a lively atmosphere as their calls were echoing through the salty air.
Across the waters, the iconic Seattle skyline was in full view. Its blend of modern skyscrapers and historic buildings provided a stunning backdrop of the city’s vibrant character.

Lovely shot. And a good reminder that we need to return to Seattle to visit Mount Rainier National Park!
We’ve been planning for our return too for quite a while now. The views there are just amazing!
