We have another photograph that was awarded as Top Finisher. The Four Seasons Group of Fine Art America sponsored a Stained Glass themed contest to its members.

The photograph was titled Mary’s Visit to Cousin Elizabeth. This was captured during our visit to Notre Dame of Ottawa, Canada.

Such is the power of raw photography. The original photograph was viewed as dark in most places. However, after minimal editing, using Lightroom and Photoshop, the finished photograph showed a highlighted stained glass with a subdued foreground. The person kneeling in prayer added deep context to the photograph.

We were thankful for the opportunity to be recognized for our travel photography.
